Tesser Insights Pro (TI Pro) - Self Subscription - Through our Website

 Here are the steps to subscribe to TI Pro:

Subscribing at Tesser Insights Website: -

1. Visit www.tesserinsights.com and click on the "Get Started" button.
2. You will see 3 plans viz., TI Pro, TI Enterprise, TI Partners. Please choose the TI Pro plan 30-day free trial 
3. Sign up using your email ID.
4. You will get a verification email with a 6-digit verification code. Please use the verification code to sign in.
5. Click "Get Plan" to subscribe to the free trial. This will take you to "The Thank You" page.
6. You can manage subscriptions on the "My Subscriptions" page at https://www.tesserinsights.com/account/my-subscriptions.

Signing into Tesser Insights Pro Platform: -

1. Once you subscribe you will get 2 emails in your registered email id, a welcome email and another email containing credential details to log in to the platform
2. The credential email will be from support@tesserinsights.com via sendgrid.net and will have the subject TI Pro application access link & user detail.
3. This will contain a link to our platform and also contain a username and a system-generated password. You can use the same to access our platform.
4. The first time when you access the platform, you will be forced to change the password. You will get suggestions to use Microsoft MFA which you may skip for 14 days.
5. After you log in with the changed password you can start accessing the platform.
